📢 Postponed NEET 2020 : NEET syllabus has not changed, Fake notice is getting viral - NTA Announced



NEET 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made it clear that there is no change in the syllabus for NEET UG examination. The NTA has issued a notice on its website following the news of the ongoing changes on social media. Accordingly, there is no change in syllabus for the students preparing for NEET 2020. Students should not be misled by fake messages getting viral on social media. The notice states that students follow ntaneet.nic.in for updates. MBBS, BDS, BAMS & NBYS courses run in medical colleges across the country are admitted through this entrance examination.


Apart from this, NTA has reopened the corrections option in the NEET application. Candidates can make Correction in their application form till 14 April. NEET 2020 Admit Card New Date will be released after April 15 on reviewing the situation.

NEET-2020 Exam has been Postponed


Due to the corona virus epidemic and lock-down in the country, the NTA has postponed the Medical Entrance Examination NEET (NEET). The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) was scheduled to be held on 3rd May 2020. The NTA has issued a notice that NEET Admit Card 2020 will now be issued only after April 15 on reviewing the situation.
The notice issued by the NTA stated, 'In view of the difficulties faced by students and parents due to the corona virus epidemic, the National Testing Agency has postponed the NEET (UG) examination 2020 to be held on May 3, 2020. At present the conduct of NEET examination is now proposed in the last week of May. The fixed date will be announced after reviewing the situation. The admit cards which were earlier to be issued on March 27, will now be issued after April 15 after reviewing the situation. 

The NTA said, "We fully understand that the academic calendar and schedule are necessary but it is also important that all the citizens of the country, including the students, be healthy. We hope that parents and students will not worry about the exam. Parents are urged to ensure that students use this time for exam preparation.
