AYUSH-counselling

All the candidates who register for the counselling of AYUSH UG courses online will be eligible to participate in the first round of counselling. Selected candidates will have to choose whether they want to continue with the seat allotted to them or opt for upgradation. The options available for such candidates are:

Option 1: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted and does not wish to participate in the next round of counselling

Option 2: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted but wishes to upgrade in the next round

Option 3: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted but wants to participate in the next round

Option 4: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted and wants to exit the counselling process

Candidates who have chosen option 2 or 3 will have to fill in the choices for the next round. Candidates who have chosen the option 1 will have to report to the allotted institute before the last date. Failing to report before in the allotted time will lead to cancellation of their admission. They will also not be eligible to participate in the next rounds.

Seats left vacant after the second round of AYUSH counselling:

Government/Government-aided seats left vacant after the second round will be transferred to the respective states. They will become a part of the seat matrix for the counselling of the respective state.

Private/National/Deemed seats will be filled by conducting a mop-up round. Fresh registrations will be accepted for this round. If any seats are left vacant after the mop-up round, these will be transferred to the respective institute for a stray round of counselling.
