The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an advisory for the medical aspirants to participate in the counselling session of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). As per the official notice released by MCC, aspirants are advised not to believe any fake agent and complete all the registrations and NEET 2021 choice filling process from the official website, mcc.nic.in.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an advisory for the medical aspirants to participate in the counselling session of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). NEET UG 2021 counselling: Where to register?

Aspirants are advised to participate in the counselling of NEET-UG from the official website. Given below are the steps on how to register and fill choices for NEET 2021 seat allotment.

  • Visit the official website mcc.nic.in and click on the "new registration" tab.

  • Enter the asked details such as roll number, registration number, name, mother’s name, and date of birth as printed on their NEET 2021 scorecard.

  • Pay the NEET 2021 counselling online through a Credit/Debit card or internet banking.

  • Fill in the choice of course and give preferences to the college/institute. Please note that there is no limit to the number of choices a candidate can fill.

  • After entering the choices, candidates need to lock the choices before the mentioned date. If any candidate fails to do so, the choices will be locked automatically on the last date.

Through NEET 2021 counselling by MCC, admission will be for 15% All India Quota (AIQ), 100% seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER. The admission to the remaining 85% state quota seats and all seats in private universities will be done by respective counselling authorities.

NEET Counseling 2021: Maharashtra NEET counseling 
schedule and notification has not been released.
 However, a list of documents required for 
the counseling process has been released.

NEET Counseling 2021: State Common Entrance Test 
Cell, Maharashtra has launched the Centralized 
Counseling Process (CAP) portal for Undergraduate Medical Admission through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021. NEET-qualified candidates who wish to take admission in MBBS and other courses under 85 percent state quota can visit info.mahacet.org/CAP2021/NEET_UG to know more about the counseling process.
As of now, Maharashtra NEET counseling schedule and notification has not been released. However, a list of documents required for the counseling process has been issued. State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET), Maharashtra conducts the NEET counselling. For information related to NEET counselling, candidates can check the official website of Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in.
Maharashtra NEET Counseling 2021: These documents will be required
Candidates must have at the time of registration NEET 2021 admit card, copy of filled online application form at mahacet.org, NEET mark sheet, HSC (Class 12) mark sheet, SSC (Class 10) certificate for age proof, Aadhar card, original Domicile certificate, medical fitness certificate etc. have to be uploaded and original documents will have to be carried during the admission process. On the other hand, the reserved category candidates will have to show the cast certificate, which has been issued by the Maharashtra government.
The result for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2021) was released on November 1, 2021. This year Mrinal Kuteri has secured AIR 1 in NEET UG exam, besides Tanmay Gupta has secured rank 2 and Karthika G Nair has secured AIR 3.
