How to Fill NEET 2021 Phase 2 Application Form

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to apply for the NEET 2021 Phase 2:

• Login with the NEET 2021 application number, password and captcha
• Enter the One Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to the registered mobile numbers

📢 NEET Phase 2 Registration 2021 (Started): Check Last Date and Process

NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration process has begun on October 1. The last date for submitting the form is October 10, 11.50 pm. 

Candidates can also make corrections in the NEET 2021 first phase application form, in the fields of gender, nationality, email address, category, sub-category, and educational details of Class 11 and Class 12 within this window of 10 days. 

According to NTA, While in the first phase of the application, candidates had to enter basic information such as personal, educational details, and exam day preferences and uploading of photograph and signature

In the second phase of NEET 2021 registration, other details such as candidates’ and their parents’ professional and income details have to be entered. 

In the information brochure of NEET 2021, NTA had stated, "The second set of information needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the Result/ downloading of Score Card during the period that would be notified separately through the NEET (UG) Portal in due course. All candidates shall fill up each set of information of the Application Form at the respective time of availability. In the absence of filling up of any of the set of information, his/her candidature will be cancelled. "

🔔 NEET COUNSELLING PROCESS - 5 Points to know

NEET result 2021 will be used for admission to undergraduate medical seats of all India quota (AIQ) and state quota. Here are five things to know about the counselling process.

NEET 2021: Result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET) UG 2021 will be announced soon. The entrance exam was conducted on September 12 at test centres across the country and abroad. Soon, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin NEET phase 2 registration, release answer key along with question papers and candidates’ response sheets and after that NEET 2021 results will be announced.

NEET result 2021 will be used for admission to undergraduate medical seats of all India quota (AIQ) and state quota. Here are five things to know about the counselling process.

1. NEET 2021 counselling is conducted separately for 15% AIQ and 85% state quota seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is responsible for counselling of the centrally-funded institutions and seats in state-run institutions surrendered towards the 15% AIQ. MCC’s official website is mcc.nic.in. Counselling for state quota seats is different for different states.

2. The AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee(AACCC) conducts NEET counselling for BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS seats under the AIQ. These include seats in government, government-aided, deemed universities, central universities, national institutes and internal seats of Delhi University. AYUSH counselling official website is aaccc.gov.in. States have their own counselling process for the 85% seats.

3. BSc Nursing and BSc Life Sciences are two new courses that will use NEET course for admissions from this year onwards.The NTA had earlier released a notification, mentioning eligibility criteria for admission to these courses.

4. NEET AIQ counselling for BVSc and AH courses will be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). This is applicable in case of all Veterinary colleges in India, except for those in Jammu and Kashmir. The official website for VCI counselling is vcicounseling.nic.in.

5. In various states the state Counseling will be conducted by local governing body. For example- In Maharashtra, for instance, the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET cell) , in Karnataka Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA),  in Tamil Nadu Directorate of Medical Education (DME) will,  conduct NEET 2021 counselling for state quota seats.

📢 NEET 2021 Registration to begin today on 13th Jul 2021, from 5 PM at ntaneet.nic.in

NEET 2021 registration will begin today, July 13, 2021 onwards. Candidates can apply for the exam from 5 pm onwards on ntaneet.nic.in.

National Testing Agency, NTA will begin the registration process for NEET 2021 from July 13, 2021 onwards. The registration link to apply will be available to candidates from 5 pm onwards. Candidates can apply online through the official site of NTA NEET on ntaneet.nic.in

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test will be conducted on September 12, 2021. The exam date was announced by newly appointed Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday. The Agency will conduct the exam in 198 cities and the number of exam centre will also be increased from 3862 exam centres used in 2020.

Candidates who will appear for the examination will have to follow the COVID19 protocols. Education Minister said that face masks will be provided to all the applicants at the center and students will be allowed entry to the exam in a staggered manner.

📢 NTA ANNOUNCED : NEET EXAM WILL BE HELD ON 1ST AUG 2021

On March 12, 2021, NTA announced that it will conduct NEET 2021 entrance exam on August 1, 2021, and the exam will be conducted in 11 languages same as it happened last year. NTA is expected to commence the NEET application 2021 shortly. The complete exam schedule is awaited.

 However, in the wake of the surge in COVID-19 cases across India, NEET 2021 exam may get postponed or cancelled. However, there has not been any update on this since the exam date announcement by the conducting authorities.

NEET 2021 will be conducted once a year in offline mode. NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi clarified this on March 10, 2021. He also stated why the delay in the announcement of NEET 2021 dates. He said, "There are a total of 28 boards, two ministries, and NTA involved in the brainstorming process, so the process is taking time." 

NTA has also announced that the scores of NEET 2021 may be used for BSc Nursing and Life Sciences Admissions on March 23, 2021. Recently, JIPMER has also announced that it will grant admission to JIPMER BSc Nursing and other allied courses on the basis of the NEET 2021 score.

NEET 2021: What's New?

• NTA NEET UG 2021 entrance exam will be held on August 1, 2021. On March 12, 2021, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal "Nishank" confirmed that NEET 2021 will be conducted once via offline mode. The application process to start shortly.
• NEET 2021 will be conducted once. NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi clarified this on March 10, 2021. Earlier, the Union Health Ministry on February 8, 2021, had given its nod to conduct the exam twice but due to other exam priorities, the decision was stalled. 
• On March 2, 2021, Secretary, Higher Education, Amit Khare said that the NEET 2021 exam pattern will have no changes, as reported by media portals. “Any changes in the exam with such short notice will be unfair to the candidates preparing for NEET-UG 2021 and any further delay in the entrance test will affect the next session,”  Khare said.

• NTA also gave clarification on NEET 2021 syllabus, the authority already said that there will be no change or reduction in the syllabus of the NEET 2021 exam. However, this year, due to the syllabus cuts made by CBSE and state boards, NTA would be offering internal choice to students to cover the reduced syllabus.

• Like last year, NEET 2021 exam will also be conducted in 11 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujrati, Oriya, Assamese, Kannada, and Telugu. Candidates can select their choice of language at the time of filling the NEET 2021 application form.
